Manual & Warranty

Kangoo Jumps® User Guide

1. Fitting and Wearing:

  • Always put the boots on so that they fit your feet snugly. The boot size should match your foot length to ensure a comfortable and secure hold.
  • Ensure that the fastening straps are properly adjusted so that your feet do not move inside the boots during exercise.

2. Pre-workout Inspection:

  • Before starting your workout, inspect the boots—especially the T-springs and shells—to ensure everything is functioning correctly. If you find any damage, do not use the boots until they are repaired or replaced.

3. Movement and Technique:

  • Start slowly, gradually increasing the intensity. Do not overexert yourself during your first few sessions.
  • Pay attention to correct posture. While Kangoo Jumps boots help maintain balance, it is important to consciously control your movements.

4. Safety:

  • Use a suitable, flat surface for training to avoid accidents.
  • Do not use the boots if you do not feel completely confident in them, and avoid high-intensity exercises during the initial learning period.

5. Cool and Dry Storage:

  • After training, store your boots in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup, which can damage the boot material and the springs.

6. Regular Maintenance:

  • Don't forget to regularly check the condition of the boots and clean them to ensure a long lifespan and safe usage.
