Kangoo Jumps
Kangoo Jumps are specialized footwear developed for impact protection through their elliptical springs and tension bands. Initially used for rehabilitation in patients with knee and joint issues, they helped individuals return to sports, specifically running. However, it quickly became clear that Kangoo Jumps offered much more potential: they have earned a place in both personal use and fitness studio environments.
How does it work?
The uniquely designed boot currently provides the highest level of protection among fitness tools on the market. It extends the impact time, thereby reducing the force of impact by 80% compared to training in traditional shoes. This means that using Kangoo Jumps results in 80% less load on the ankles, knee joints, and spine, protecting these critical areas and preventing sports injuries.
- Joint-Friendly Workout: Kangoo Jumps boots reduce joint load by up to 80%, providing a safe solution for those who prioritize joint protection.
- Masterful Calorie Burning: You can burn up to 40% more calories than with other forms of exercise, effectively helping with fat loss and weight management.
- Full Body Toning: The workout engages all muscle groups simultaneously, naturally shaping the entire figure.
- Increased Bone Density: Regular use supports bone health and contributes to the prevention of osteoporosis.
- Healthier Circulatory System: Improves lymphatic circulation as well as cardiovascular and respiratory health.
- Stress Reduction: Intensive movement increases endorphin production, which improves mood and reduces stress and depression.
- Coordination and Endurance: Enhances balance, posture, and coordination while significantly increasing stamina.
- Rejuvenating Effect: Slows the aging process, tightens the skin, and supports a youthful appearance.
- Recovery Support: Helps prevent injuries and shortens recovery time after sports-related strains.
Kangoo Jumps is the perfect choice for anyone looking for an effective, safe, and fun way to train while improving both physical and mental well-being.

If you've never tried Kangoo Jumps before, don't worry—getting started is easy! Here are a few tips to build a solid foundation:
1. Choose the Right Boot
The right footwear with the specific spring system is essential. You can rent boots at our studios, but if you plan to train regularly, buying your own ensures maximum comfort and hygiene.
Size Guide:
- XS: 33-35
- S: 36-38
- M: 39-40
- L: 41-43
For beginners, we recommend XR6 boots with 3-band springs and the following tension levels:
- 45-55kg: Soft(L) – Soft(L) soles
- 56-70kg: Soft(L) – Hard(H) soles
- 71-90kg: Hard(H) – Hard(H) soles
Advanced users are recommended to use Pro7 springs.
90 kg - 110 kg: We recommend Hard(H) – Hard(H) Pro6 springs.
Above 110 kg: We suggest boots equipped with PRO soles, strictly with trainer approval.
For individuals over 150 kg, intensive training like Kangoo Jumps is not recommended, or only with extreme caution and gradual progression, considering the load on joints and the heart. It is crucial to consult a physician or fitness professional before starting.
2. It's Okay to Stop
Don't overexert yourself! It might feel strange at first seeing others move so skillfully while you struggle. Everyone starts this way. Take short breaks and just focus on finding the rhythm. Stay motivated—you'll be moving just like them after 1 or 2 sessions!
3. Learn to Balance
Initially, focus on getting used to the boots and the new center of gravity. Movement feels different because of the springs. Keep your legs slightly apart and focus on stability. It's actually easier to keep moving than to stand still at first!
4. Stay Hydrated
This is intensive exercise. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class to maintain energy and aid recovery.
5. Patience and Persistence
Like any new sport, patience is key. You might not feel 100% comfortable after the first time, but practice will make the exercises much easier and more effective.
6. Follow an Instructor
Joining a class with a pro instructor is highly recommended for your first time. They will help you master the correct movements and ensure you train safely to avoid injury.
Follow these steps, and you'll quickly experience all the joys of Kangoo!
- Comfortable Gear: Choose clothing that allows for a full range of motion. A sports bra and breathable t-shirt or tank top are ideal.
- High-cut Cotton Socks: To protect your ankles and feet from the boot casing, long cotton socks are essential for comfort.
- Water
- Towel
Don't forget that renting or purchasing the correct boots is the final step to a safe and effective workout!
